Return Policy

At DragonTools.ca, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and replacement policy below.

1. Returns for Unused Items

  • We currently accept returns on unused impact bits and accessories.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.

Items returned outside this window or showing signs of use will not be accepted.

2. Defective Product Replacement (30-Day Window)

If your item is found to be defective, we will replace it with a new one at no cost to you, provided the defect is reported within 15 days of delivery.

A defect is defined as:

  • The tip breaking off

  • The bit bending under normal, intended use

This policy applies only to manufacturing or material defects and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper application

  • Use beyond the product’s intended purpose

To request a defective replacement, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video evidence clearly showing the defect

Once approved, we will ship a replacement item.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

  • Used items outside the defective criteria

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper use

  • Returns requested after the stated timeframes

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at Sales@DragonTools.ca within the applicable return or replacement window.

  2. Include your order number and details of the issue.

  3. If approved, return instructions or replacement confirmation will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unused returns.
Defective replacements will be shipped at no additional cost once approved.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
